Getting your treasures to you

We know how exciting it is to receive new jewellery! Here's everything you need to know.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout South Africa, and every order is lovingly prepared and shipped from our studio.

Delivery options

• Pudo locker – R59 (3–5 business days): collect from a Courier Guy Pudo locker near you
• Door-to-door courier – R95 (3–5 business days): delivered to your address
• Free door-to-door delivery on orders of R800 or more

How locker delivery works

1. Choose Pudo locker delivery at checkout.
2. Look out for your order confirmation email. It will ask you to choose your locker, and it only takes a minute.
3. When your parcel arrives, Pudo will send you a code to open the locker.

Please collect promptly: you'll have about 36 hours from when you receive your code. Parcels that aren't collected in time are moved out of the locker and sent back to the Pudo depot, which will delay your order.

Not sure where your nearest locker is? Find one on the Pudo locker map. There are lockers at petrol stations, shopping centres and more.

Track your treasure

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow along.
